The Read the Labels Campaign is rooted in the aforementioned quotes from my book and from my background in ecological toxicology and risk assessment, which includes Environmental & Human Health, as an environmental engineer. I began my journey into health and “dis-ease” (much of our imbalances arise from ecological toxicology) when I was young due to my parents’ interest in natural health and foods.
The purpose of the Campaign is to create a healthier You and a healthier Mother Earth/Father Sky. It is an effort to get people to understand the true significance of the products that they purchase and use {it’s goal is to extend beyond Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) at their current stage}. I created, but never presented, 2 presentations concerning this campaign that provide additional useful information:
Read the Labels Campaign 2009 presentation and Read the Labels Campaign 2011 presentation (revisions in 2023) By Irucka Embry, EIT — [Requires PDF Software]
There are additional hidden labels that I did not include in either presentation. Those are “PharmaCrops” & “PharmaAnimals” (“Edible” Transgenic Vaccines); RNAi-Technology; Genetic Pollution/Gene Flow; and Gene Editing Using Gene Drives. Various resources concerning all of the hidden labels can be found at EcoC²S [Irucka Embry): EcoC²S Online Resources.
The campaign is focused on the levels of health from the “individual” Self to the Earth. The levels are graphically shown in the following image that I created for use in my article entitled: Towards a New Model of Medicine.
In addition to the resources on this Web page, I have other useful information available at EcoC²S Online Resources and Resources for a Healthier You (Resources to help us take responsibility back to heal ourselves and each other)
